When placing an order with us via telephone, email or via our website we will send you writen confirmation of your order via email.  Once this email has been recieved your order has been accepted you have entered a contract with us.

If for any reason we reject your order we will also contact you in writing.

You must insure all information given to us is accurate and up to date.

All of our prices are in pounds sterling (£).

Payement is due once the order has been completed.  If for any reason you fail to make payement then your order will be suspended.

You understand that you may recieve orders seperatley from time to time due to insurance reasons or other factors.

We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
