How much does delivery cost? Delivery is only £3.50 (Extended spcial offer for January) no matter how much you order or what you order.
Can i place orders over the phone? Yes, you can place orders, chack order process' or phone us with any inquiry you wish. How long does delivery take? Most of our products are sent out as soon as we recieve your order and are normally with you the next working day.
Most products (about 95%) are with our customer with in 3 working days from the time of ordering. However some items are sent from the manufacturer / supplier and may take longer.

Last day of ordering is Thursday 18th December to get your products before Christmas.

We have just introduced an order status, each time it changes you will recieve an email to let you know what stage your order is at.
The status are as follows-
*Order recieved - this means our system has recieved your order
*Processing - means you order is being processed by one of our warehouses ready for despatch.
*Despatched - means you order is on its way!
You may recieve one of the following in rare ciscumstances
*Awaiting delivery - We are expecting a delivery at any time, you may wait or cancel your order.
*OUT OF STOCK - means your item is out of stock. What happens after i've placed my order? We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have recieved you order and a second to let you know we have taken payement from your card and that items are being processed. What happens if the item(s) I order are out of stock? We try our best to keep our website up to date. But this is not always possible. We try and show when an item is out of stock as soon as we can.
If we can not fulfill your order with 14 days we will let you know with 2 days of placing your order when you can epect it and decide whether to wait or cancel your order. Is my item(s) guaranteed? All of our items are covered by a 1 year warranty. Mostly fulfilled by the manufacturer otherwise fulfilled by us for your peace of mind.
Not included is accidental damage, misuse or neglect. Will I recieve "spam" emails from you? We will not email you unless we are given your consent. Emails are sent to you to confirm your orders and payement details.
However you can subscribe to our newsletter which gives you some fantastic offers and news. We can also send you a printed catalogue, but only at your request. (we may include one of these with your order) How many products do you have on your webshop? We have over 10,000 product online, this is growing and we hop too have 20,000 online soon giving you the best choice and value possible. What is live help? Live help can be used anytime you see us online. It is here to help you and put you in contact with one of our saes team.

Will you pass on my information to anyone else? We will never pass on your information to any one else. We have no need too. Unless you ask us specifically to do so. Whats in your news letter? I news letter gives you special offers and promotions from time to time. Such as special prices on certain products, cheaper postage or products only available to people who subscribe to our news letter. Why do i receive items i ordered at the same time seperately? This can be due to a number of reasons. Some items are sent directly from the manufacturer, some are sent a ittle bit later and some are sent seperatley due to postage insurance. Do you deliver overseas? Yes we do but you will have to contact us for a quote. How come items have different return address'.
We have ware houses all over the country and some products are sent straight from our supplier / manufacturer which means their return address is attatched.
