Delivery.

Delivery is only £3.50 no matter how much you order or what items you order.  This makes everything on our site super value whether your order 1 item or 10.

95% of items are with our customers next working day (where products are ordered early to catch our cut off time).  Some items may have low / out of stock and may be coming in with in the next few days, in which case we tend not t notify uou and deliver them as soon as we can.

Larger items are also sent on next day, apart from certain electronics whcih are sent from the manufacturer and may take longer of which you will be notified.

Items maybe be sent seperatley as we have numerous distribution warehouses.

Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland address' only.  If you would like a quote to Scottish highlands or overseas please contact us.

We use a number of carriers depending on the product type and insurances offered by our carriers.  One of the following is normally used -

Royal mail, City link, or business post

From time to time we may use other carriers.

Returns.

We give a 14 day "cooling off" period, where you (the customer) may return products with out reason in their original condition.

We also have a 28 day returns policy.  Where the product has a fault, we can handle these for you and normally send a replacement product if we can not repair it.

All of our electrical items have at least a 1 year warranty covered by the manufacturer.  Details of this come with your product but if your unsure just let us know and we can help.  All faults will be asessed by the manufacturer who will repair or resolve as they see fit to meed the warranty.

The customer may be liable for return postage costs and a handling charge at out discretion (out on products not in original condition as new and re saleable.)

WHITE GOODS ARE NOT COVERED IN THE 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.  AND AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR ONLY.

We are unable to give and refunds/ returns policy on the following -

Digitial media (DVD, CD etc) which has been opened.

Perishable goods

Goods made specificaly for the customer.

 Goods which have been sealed for security or health reasons. (vitamins etc )
